| Description | TB-500 significantly helps in the Healing of muscles, tendon, ligament, joint and bone injuries. TB-500 increases angiogenesis, up-regulates actin (a vital cellular protein critical to muscle contraction), helps maintain connective tissue flexibility through improved collagen formation. |

| Indication | THYMOSI β can be prescribed in case of pancreas damage, liver injuries, endothelium and heart damage, i.e. dysrhythmias following reoxygenation, and blood pressure, along with effect on experimental acute/chronic inflammation, wound and fracture (pseudoarthrosis) healing. THYMOSI β is also effective in the treatment of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). |
| Contraindications | Acute critical illness due to heart, multiple accidental trauma or respiratory failure; active neoplasms, proliferative or pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy; lactation; patients with closed epiphyses. Intracranial lesions. Patients with Prader-Willi syndrome who are severely obese or have a severe respiratory impairment. |
| Special Precautions | DM; may require dose reduction in insulin. Pregnancy. Discontinue treatment if there is evidence of tumor growth. Monitoring in patients with scoliosis is recommended due to a risk of progression of scoliosis. |
